- Make payments on time, as agreed upon in the invoice or contract

- Clients may cancel ongoing/recurring services by providing notice as outlined in their agreement. Work already completed or in progress up to the cancellation date will still be billed.

Ranking Craft follows ethical, white-hat SEO practices and works hard to improve your visibility, traffic, and rankings. However:
- Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties (like Google) and can change at any time.
- We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or timeframes for results.
- Any estimates, case studies, or examples shared during discussions are illustrative only and not a guarantee of similar outcomes.

7. Guest Posting & Third-Party Websites
For guest posting and link building services, please note:
- Publication is subject to approval by the third-party website/publisher and is not always guaranteed, even after content is submitted.
- We are not responsible for changes made by publishers after content goes live, including edits, removal, or “nofollow” tag additions, as these are outside our control.
- Turnaround times for guest post placements can vary based on publisher availability.
8. Communication & Support
We aim to respond to client queries within a reasonable timeframe during business days. Support is typically provided via email or the communication channel agreed upon during onboarding.
9. Confidentiality
We treat all client information — including business data, website access, and strategy discussions — as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except where necessary to deliver services (see our Privacy Policy) or where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranking Craft shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of rankings, traffic, or revenue due to search engine algorithm changes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Actions taken by third-party publishers, platforms, or service providers beyond our control
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if:
- Payments are not made as agreed
- A client requests services that violate search engine guidelines or applicable laws
- Continued communication or access is not provided, preventing us from completing the work
Clients may also terminate services as outlined in their specific agreement.
